Hmmmmm. The CTS is the coolant temp sensor. GMs default to -41F when they take a dump. This tells the computer that you are in Fairbanks in February, so it dumps fuel. This is only a guess. As I said, there are other causes. Fuel injection leaks into the plenum, MAP sensor, weak secondary ignition.
