1998 GMC 4X4
5.7 V8 Vortec.
156000 miles
Started running rough after got it back from ex-wife and son.
Motor idles rough, have changed wires, plugs and cap/rotor.
When you come off idle it seems good. Am not sure how to check the CSFI to find out if it is the fuel injection system.

What did old plugs look like and were they all about the same?
I'd get a code reading and check for vacuum leaks - any vac hoses, throttle body and intake manifold gasketing. It's enough miles for a lot of possibilities,
