Valve lash too tight? interesting! I had the machine shop prep the head! Good compression even putting some liquid fire in she wouldnt fire up! Spark for sure just wont go!

So very true.., I've seen faulty new stuff all the time.
A compression test will tell him a lot.

I thought you typed that you confirmed you had spark?

What were your compression test numbers? Make sure you disable the injectors or fuel pump and ignition when doing your compression check. The battery has to be fully charged also. If you are cranking on it over and over and the injectors are shooting fuel into the cylinders, your going to wash out the cylinders.

Pirate Well it seems that i had the exhaust cam 1/4 turn out. I may have bent some valves in doing this, a tear out of the head will tell for sure. Virtualy no compression on #1 so this tells me i screwed it up! Thanks for all the info, really helped to fiqure things out. Still had spark though and trhught for sure the sucker would have at least fired once?
