porsche 944 cuts off after 5 min.

1986 porsche 944 with 2.5L engine around 100,000 miles
cut off suddenly, let sit for a short time, and starts up fine and runs great for around 5 min. and then shuts down.time after time, same thing. replaced plugs, wires ,coil, dist. cap, rotor, thermal temp. sensor. fuel checks out by the book. mass air flow sensor checks out. 2 sensors at rear of engine checks out. surely some one else has had this problem before. help!!!!!!
