not much info here. What are the readings? I'm guessing you are going by the gauge on the dash and haven't verified your readings with a master gauge screwed into the pressure port where the sending unit goes. Do this first. Your sending unit and gauge are 14 years old and aren't exactly calibrated. They wear out. I had the exact vehicle where the voltmeter fluctuated when accesories were turned on and only read 12 volts with the lights on. The voltage according to my multimeter was 14.6v the entire time. Check this with a master gauge that your local parts store may have for rent and let me know what you find.
