oil leake Sign In

hello i have a 97 toyota camery 2.2 massive oil leak at the crank shaft area i got my mirror andthe oil seams to be coming from behind timing cover,is that where the oil pump is?
any suggestions would be helpful

Yep, that's where the pump is.

Take the timing belt covers off and run the engine. You'll see where it is leaking.

While you're doing the repair change the timing belt and all the related pulleys. They are probably oil soaked and you will be asking for trouble if you don't catch it now.
