i have a 1993 dodge dakota with a 3.9 and 189000 miles just rebuilt the motor and now got no power going to the starter or ignition coil replaced neutral safety switch nohelp can bypass ignition and starter works can any one help
computer may be bad don't know how to fine out

If YOU just redid the engine go back and check all you wiring connections. If this is right away after the motor job then there won't or might not be any codes yet as it sounds like it's never run - is that the case?

If it ran at all before taking engine out to rebuild than it strongly suggests somewhere in the trauma wires got damaged or not plugged in as it doesn't trigger starter or power coil. I don't have any Mopar code info and the crew of regulars here is obviously taking this Sunday evening off.
OBDI should at least crank by key so it's too early IMO to blame a computer failure and not sure codes are meaningful yet. High bet already said that a wire or connector is damaged or still unplugged IMO. If an alarm/anti-theft system is in this that could be the issue. I think it should at least crank even if it didn't run.
Till more help arrives - does fuel pump prime? Can you get to ignition switch and see if power is there and being sent out to trigger wire? If so, where does it stop?
Hang in there and look for damaged wire for now is about all I can say. I changed subject line and if no suggestions by tomorrow use one like that, that is more descriptive of the problem at hand as the guys will gravitate towards issues they've dealt with like this before. Good luck - it will work out,

Check all the basics first.
Connections, grounds,relays.fueses, solenoid,ect...
