no start when cold

97 escort wont start when temp is below 40 degrees ,i changed plugs ,wires and coil .
starts fine when the outdoor temp is above freezing
i heard that fuel antifreeze can be bad on lines and tank
i'm not even sure if that is the problem.

Check the coolant temperature sensor. If it is reading too warm, it will not allow enough fuel for a cold start.
Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds
