1991 buick regal 3.8,plenty of fuel,spark,power to injector;new control mogule,new fuel pump,still no start HELP PLEASE

Have you checked all fuses? Are the injectors pulsing when the engine is cranking? What is fuel pressure? Does the pump run when first turning on the key?
