there is from the fuel filter but is not getting to the throttle body.

4cyl. there is fuel coming from the fuel filter but not getting to the throttle body. i can pour fuel into the throttle body and it will fire and run until it burns that fuel out

You need to read fuel pressure and injector pulse.
