My engine makes a thumping/chugging sound as I accelerate and go up hill in my toyota 2003 6 speed manual and I was wondering why it may be making this sound, and if I should be worried about it. Please help! Thanks

Yes you should be worried about it! Can you tell if this is an engine problem or driveline problem? If not I'd get some help,
