When it comes to fuel pressure, the only way to confirm is with a fuel pressure guage. Many a pump make noise but can't deliver proper pressure or volume if they are weak. A decent guage can be picked up at Auto Zone for about $20. Let's confirm pressure first and go from there. I tend to beat FUEL PRESSURE over the head, but it is the one common denominator of not only the fuel system, but it effects the ignition system and computer management as well. It is huge.
