Do the fuel injectors come off with the fuel rails on a 3.1 V6 or is there another method of removing the fuel rails?

The fuel injectors will come off with the rail. Once you take the two bolts out that hold the rail to the manifold, cut the tie wrap, and remove the rail supply and return line retainer bolt you can carefully use a large screwdriver to pry the rail up at the fuel logs. The o rings on the end of the injectors stick inside there holes. Don't be alarmed if an injector happens to pop of the rail when you are prying it away from the manifold.

Since the vehicle has some age on it, it would be a good idea to install new upper and lower injector o-rings on each injector.
