thanks one more ? would a set of 5.9 injector enterchange with the 300 six , if so would there be any improvement in it

I don't think so. The 5.8L that year and the 4.9L had the same resistance injectors, but there is something different because the part numbers aren't the same. Maybe the flow rates are different. I wouldn't take a chance. Your better off sending them to a company that remans and flow tests injectors.
