I recently had my 2002 Huyndai accent 1.6 dohc computer scanned the check engine light was on the scan stated that cylinder #4 was missfiring so I changed the plugs and wires I then got poor performance so I went back to the old plugs and wires and the performance got a little better but not much but prior to me changing the plugs and wires even though the check engine light was on i didnt have poor performance please help me in finding out what is wrong

Is it possible that you have mixed any of the secondary ignition components up, as in ignition wires? Is the check engine light still on or has it came back after the misfire code was erased? If so what does the code relate to?
There are things other then the ignition system that will cause a misfire. Engine mechanical as in good compression, fuel system from the proper fuel pressure to dirty/defective injectors, vacuum leaks torn/disconnected hoses or an intake gasket that has failed. There’s more but start with covering all of these and maybe you’ll come across the problem?

I have checked all of that I pulled the #4 wire off the coil it does not spark as much as the rest could it be the pack

Yes it could be the coil pack, But that's a pretty expensive guess. I would make sure that's the problem before dropping a couple bills for a coil. Like Dan said there are various componets that could contribuite to a misfire.
