After stopping, in a second or so, it will drop back down slowly to proper idle speed, OR if I push the accelerator to take off, it goes down to normal also. Changed air filter, checked spring loaded air intake, but no help there. This evolved over about a week, and I don't see any vaccuum leaks. You may want to have the codes read to see if there is any stored codes. Also clean the throttle body to make sure nothing is sticking there. Get a can of throttle body clean, little brush, have someone hold the throttle open & clean it real good. Starting it every once in a while so you don't flood it out or even hydro lock it. You would never spray a whole can down there without starting it up. Probably after every 4 or 5 squirts, start it up and then spray some while its running, you'll have to feather the throttle.....
