I started my car to let it warm up. (it was -35 degrees w/wind chill) let it run for 15 minutes and left i drove about 3 miles and the car started smoking from the engine (white smoke) and i was smelling oil really bad and the inside of my car got smokey i parked it and checked on it the next day on the ground under my car was a mixture of oil and what i think is antifreeze. the car is a 2003 saturn vue awd

Antifreeze responds to ACTUAL temps not just wind chill which just speeds up the cooling effect. Is there any chance you didn't have adequate protection? It might be ok if you don't drive it now and check the whole thing out after thawing it out in a garage, check antifreeze concentration now to know where it is if possible. Most will slush and not circulate if there's some in it. None can break major parts up to and including total loss of engine!
The overheat may have added consequences yet to be found. First thing is to take it to a heated garage for inspection.
