hi everyone i have a 1991 buick park ave. with a 3.8 and i cant get the bolt for the harmonic balance off " crankshaft pulley" i tried with air and no air. is there anyone who can help/

mrtnbill; The safest way is with a pneumatic impact gun. Most times, it requires a high quality gun with sufficient air pressure. But....This can be a dangerous operation, but usually will work. Using a breaker bar and an impact socket, place the breaker bar so it is wedged against something solid, preferably the frame. Very quickly, hit the starter. The danger being, that if the breaker bar comes off of the nut, it can damage things. Or you. This is not recommended for the novice. In fact, I don't recommend doing this, at all. Just a thought.
