ford focus lack of power

x reg ford focus i have changed the spark plugs air filter oil filter and fresh oil in but since doing so having trouble with lack of power is this some think i have caused or is this a new problem? noticing it more in lower gears there is no back firing can any one help

What year Focus? What model? What engine? What weight oil did you use? Spark plug gap? Check engine lamp (globe) illuminated? If so, what trouble code?
So many questions.
