i have a 93 chevy astro van (w) engine 4.3 have replaced iacv tps map fuel filter perform fuel pressure test which showed approx52-54psi-58psi never shows a loss of fuel pressure but dies at idle will sometimes rev up on its own.very intermittent now getting worse alot of times wont start when started will only die if not using throttle as long as u keep ur foot into it it will stay running.could use some expert diagnosis please
