Hello, new member first time post. Ford F-250, 1990, 5.8 351 engine fuel injected, 131K miles. Engine stars every time, then runs very rough at idle stalls more often than not.You most increase the RPM if you don't want it to stall. Much worse in the cold months. Once it warms up much less stalling. Here are the trouble codes from KOEO test : 63 Throttle Postion Sensor, 13 Rpm out of spec. during normal idle, 31 EGR sensor signal voltage below minimum spec. 16 RPM too low Idle speed control, RPM out of self test spec. Using an Action Code scanner CP 9015 $29.95 to read codes. Can't get any codes when engine running. Plugs and wires have not been changed in four years. Don't put more than 1500 miles per year. It is my Home depot and garden truck....love the vechicle need your suggustions. Thanks Mark

Could be EGR partially stuck open or faulty DPFE try un-hooking the vac line to the EGR when it's acting up.. if it gets better probably a DPFE. could also be chunk carbon keeping the EGR open. Although could be lots of other things.. thats where I would start
