dodge stealth rt no start. fuel injectors?

I have a 93 Dodge Stealth rt with a rebuilt engine.It cranks off of starting fluid When I try to start it it runs for about 30 secs then dies.It gets spark and compression only problem is the fuel is stuck in the metal rail. The injectors don't spray.I think I can hear the fuel pumps working but no spray.would this be a relay or just bad injectors.Please help.
