dash board lights Sign In

Hello, everyone, this is my friend's 2007 honda oddessy there is an open wrench sigh on the dashboard and there is a blinking light that red engine oil negative 150, i never see like this and what could cause this may bad oil pressure switch, the oil level looks fine, please help.

Hello thank you for the response, I just change the oil and check the level and condition it is all ok. it must be something else. what do you suggest.

You have to reset the maintenance minder:


1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON (II) position.

2. Press the Select/Reset knob until tile engine oil life indicator is displayed

3.Press the Select/Reset knob for about 10 seconds. The engine oil life indicator and the maintenance item code(s) will blink

4. Press the Select/Reset knob for more than 5 seconds. The maintenance item code(s) will disappear, and tile engine oil life indicator will reset to "100".

No, it mustn't be something else. If the light wasn't reset it will still be on.
