car smoking too much

Hi i have a problem with a 2002 Nissan Altima sometimes it smokes too much and i would like to know if there is any quick solution to fix this problem i already checked the compression and the cylinders and they are okay and somebody told me its probably the valves seals do you think that this could probably be the cause i hope to hear from you very soon and thank you very much

Which engine? What kind of smoke? Oil smoke, white smoke, black smoke?
Can you provide us with some history of repairs done so far?

the engine is a 2.5 4 cylinder and its white smoke it smokes only sometimes thank you

Do you keep having to add coolant to the cooling system or do you or have you experienced overheating problems?
Does the smoke have a sweet smell to it?
Does it smoke after the engine is at operating temperature and you have been driving for a while?
Where were you on March 8, 2012 at approximately 8:15 P.M. ? LOL

nope the level of the anti freeze is good and the engine works fine yeah and like 15 minutes later after i crancked it up sometimes it smokes i dont know if its the oxygen sensor or somebody told me its probably the seals

If you had valve guide seals leaking, you would be burning engine oil which creates bluish smoke.
The only three things that I personally know of that create white smoke are: coolant getting into the combustion chamber(s), raw gasoline in the exhaust due to no fuel being burned in a combustion chamber, and water that turns to steam after it has condensated in the exhaust system.

Find out what is burning and creating the white smoke.
You stated it is running fine, so it probably isn't raw fuel in the exhaust system. You haven't been adding coolant or been having overheating concerns, so it probably isn't coolant. That leaves condensation which is normal and you have no control over unless you park your vehicle in a heated garage.
