2002 ford escort viberates pretty hard while sitting idle in drive,when i put the car in nutrel the car smooths out ,car drives good doesnt slip changing gears new plugs and wires, changed transmission fluid and filter

Is idle too low for being in gear? It's supposed to self adjust for loads. That or perhaps a motor/trans mount is allowing contact of parts where they should be isolated,
