car hesitates

2000 nissan maxima 3.0l hesitates when driving acts like it wants to die. Few weeks ago after warming up it would run fine. But now it does it all the time. I have not looked at the car yet so this is all the details I have at this time. Trying to get some info before I do look at it. If I gave enough info? Trying to help some one out. I know I should have looked at it first. I just want some extra ammo.

Hard to say but I'd pull codes first then check for proper fuel pressure. Just sounds like it isn't getting adequate fuel delivery to me,
