I have put in new fuel filter and new coil and rotor and cap. new plugs.. cts..took off and cleaned throttle bore and iac and ohmed iac sensor at 20 ohms. I have taken egr off and cleaned it and cleaned modulator filter and changed upstream o2 all for no change. The engine shows no codes. I rechecked timing today and saw that the timing mark is unstable and drifts between 5 and 10 degrees. I used infrared thermometer and checked cat and found that the top at exhaust flange read 400 and the bottom of cat read 190 degrees. It's my granddaughter's car and I drove it to my garage where it's been for a month now.
