hi i have a hyundai santa fe cddi 1991cc my tnsiioner on my axiliry belt was jumping and rattleing at tickover so brought tensioner thinking weak spring but new one is doing the same all other pully wheels spin freely with no play any idia what could be causing this plz

Change the belt. It may be stretched and causing the tensioner to bounce off it's stops.
