On my 97 Dodge 4x4... the passenger window...will not go up... last night there was a chance of rain... so I covered it with plastic...
This afternoon... I notice when I went to drive the truck... and to remove the plastic... looks like I didn't close the door all the way...
Sure enough the engine wouldn't crank over...
Had a friend help me jump it... it will finally kick over... but I have to gun the engine to keep it running.... but it doesn't want to idle... it'll die...
Any clues...

Charge the battery with a battery charger not just letting it use the alternator and go from there,
