Unstable idle speed

I have a Toyota Corolla 2003 and I bought it at the begining of winter. When I start it, the engine runs at 2000-3000 RPM, witch is normal at winter's temperature. Then it slows down a bit, witch is still normal. Then, after a few minutes, the engine's speed slightly raises, then go down to normal... It does that a few times when the car is idle. Is it related to a bigger problem? how can I fix this?

When the engine is at full operating temperature and idling, does it do that? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Yes it does, even after I made some road and with the engine warmed up.

AC compressor engaging and disengaging, electrical cooling fans going on, or other electrical loads powering up may cause the idle speed to increase. ECU does this to compensate for the load put onto the engine. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
