Truck Wont Charge Battery...Please HELP

I have a 1998 Mazda B2500 pick-up. My battery gauge showed that my battery was low so I had my battery and alternator checked at autozone. They said my batter was fine, but there was no volts going to the battery. They said it was most likely the alternator. So, I bought a re-manufactured alternator from them and put it on. The battery is still not being charged. I found out there are three fuses on the charging system. All fuses are good. All wires are connected to the alternator correctly. I had a mechanic look over the belts and battery terminals. They were all fine.
What could be the problem?
I would really appreciate any advice.
