Toyota not starting after jump starting wrong

Hello, I have a Toyota Celica 2003 GT, I left it out in the cold for too long so I had to jump start it, but it was dark and mixed up + and - when connecting the jump starter. I know next to nothing about cars, just came here for some help. So I got my friend to go through some basics with me, I replaced my car battery, replaced the blown 120A main fuse, and checked all other fuses. After that all the power would start up, but when trying to start the car it sounds like it's trying to start but just keeps on spinning and trying. So my friend plugged in his error code scanner, and he said the code shows "P0351 Coilpack a b c d secondary circuit". We went and pulled coilpacks out of a different Toyota Celica and it was returning the exact same error. He then tested the voltage running from the ignition to the coilpacks, they were all fine, so he thinks it's the BCM. What do you guys think? What could be the issue? If it's the BCM, would I be able to swap it myself? (I'm a college student living of Ramen in extreme debt) Or would I need a professional to install it and program it? Please don't judge, I know I'm stupid for messing up so badly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Stuff happens - you are forgiven but the car is in need. You just said you know NOTHING about cars so the help I suggest with this crossed power causing the problem is to find the right shop to take it on. What failed and codes IMO are not dependable to lead you to just what problem(s) will be found. I'm taking it that you wouldn't have the test tools anyway so it really should go out and TELL them what happened will help, T

BCM? Why BCM. That doesn't control any engine functions other than possibly the security system. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
