I have a 1990 Toyota camry 2.0 with twin cams fuel injected, I have replaced the head gasket and put it back together. Now it runs but cannot get it to 10 degrees advanced and when you drive it it wont accelerate fast. Once the rpms are up it kinda of runs but it still is sluggish oh and it will not go up a hill from a dead stop. HELP......

Check that you have the valve timing set properly.
