Toyota Tercel 95 1.3L Carburetor problem

Hello everybody,
I have some problem with my carburetor. I have recorder it to show you: https://youtu.be/WTw7W3tGnfk?t=49s
Description of problem:
I start the engine, it start ok, but after several seconds is start to work wrong and stop. If you look (sorry about the bad video) it seems that is throwing to much fuel from the main jet. I'm right? I that is, what can be the problem?

Choke plate seems almost open for just having started it? Was it totally cold or running before your video? That alone is a primary reason for lousy starting and running while cold and cause for stalling.
For now try this. Have car such that you can plain look what video shows and let it get totally cold - hours of wait time. Now just touch the gas pedal/throttle inside and the plate should be shut tight on primary barrel of carb. Have a helper start the engine while looking and watch the plate open a bit right away but not where it is in the video which is too far open for cold start and run for a few minutes and it should slowly open right up most even if stalled with key on is electrically heated to open.
So the guess is a choke issue and narrow it down to it working properly. Just this issue it probably stays running now if you sit and keep it running for a while - right?
For a fix you'll probably need parts but maybe not. Carbs can be cleaned with spray while running (use care for fire flash back) holding throttle up under the hood spraying all around letting it burn it in is actually a routine thing with a carb now about extinct except for some export cars to certain locations that still used them this late which is still old being a 1995 but late for carbs at all,

Hi Tom, thank you for your response.
It was not cold. And if I keep it running for a while, the same problem happens.
I'm not with the car now, but I will test it to be sure about it, but I'm almost sure.
Any other suggestion?

OK - Check that all wiring is hooked up to it and check all rubber hoses for leaks or condition - replace as needed one by one so you don't mix them up.
Then just because clean the thing. Can of spray carb cleaner clean all exterior linkage to carb and rods you see move. It didn't look all that bad but do it anyway and doesn't need to be running just exterior parts then with air cleaner off like in video and any hoses to it plugged for this run it and see how to hold idle up by hand by what moves when another pushes throttle/gas pedal hold that as spraying will tend to make it stall but don't let it if you can. Spray the heck out of the choke plate rod that pivots, down throat of the carb it will clean and gag if you will on the cleaner. Slight revs to clear it up as you go. You see the cut straw looking thing? Spray some down that too allow it to run if it needs your help when done to be stable.
Then note if it totally changed behavior maybe for the worse - maybe runs much better. If not change go on with carb spray while trying to hold it at an idle steady and spray at base of carb, at all hose connections and on to where intake manifold meets the cylinder head too. Anything that hold manifold vacuum that when sprayed changes the way it runs by itself is a vacuum leak to tend to. You can also spray in PCV valve and it will gag on that and should. If not that's a problem. Check hose to that as well.
Do check that (engine off test) when you hold throttle open a bit that the choke plate moves freely by finger. Warmed up it should stand open and cold should snap shut in front of you.
Most issues will probably be dirt or vacuum leaking someplace it shouldn't. Carbs can and do have issues thru their life and fussy to adjust (shouldn't have to) and keep clean which is the primary reason they don't use them much or at all on much newer nor then if sold to the US, Canada and many other places. It was good but too fussy new to have set perfectly for emissions and control fuel delivery changes instantly for maximum economy but could work just fine only took some attention people don't like to do nor many recall by now anymore.
I will not be able to help with specific adjustments if something is in need so let's just rule out vacuum leaks and watch that choke operates properly for now.
Note: If you check spark plugs right after cleaning it they will be blackened or sooty which should go away. Up to you about replacing those and a general tune-up check and replacement. Try to clean carb with the plugs in it now if you carry on as I wouldn't want to throw dirt at the new ones if in the scene soon.
One more for now: In the course of a cleaning if it's been a long time or lots of junk does clean and goes in it can foul a spark plug out and might have to chase down which one(s) to clean them usually just a pin to knock out a bit of debris preventing one or more from sparking rather it just grounds without making spark.
Let's just clean it up first. Come back with how that went,
