Torquing a rocker arm Sign In

2002 Silverado 1500 4.3 (small v-8) 140 k miles

What's the correct way to torque a rocker arm? I was trying to fix a lifter tick on the first lifter on the drivers side. I thought you just torqued it to 22 lbs. , but I think it's more involved than that. I'd appreciate some advise, Thanks!
