It cranks for about 3-5 seconds push the pedal down and then it starts. I have changed the EGR valve due to a fault code, still the same problem. Any help would be appreciated. The fuel pressure is good while cranking, it is giving 55 psi while cranking. This system is very pressure sensitive and some won't even run under 55PSI. Get a little brush, a can of throtle body clean and open up the throttle plate and clean the bore and plate real good. You can start it up and spray some cleaner down the throttle body to get all the dirty but this will probably set a low MAF signal code that will need to be cleared..... I believe that one has a throttle cable so it will be easy to clean. If there is no throttle cable, extreme care needs to be used to open the throttle plate.
