If there is any maintance due, plugs, wires, filter, etc. start there. Even if it doesn't solve your problem, it needs to be done & then can be crossed off the list..... stieber73 User Jun 27, 2009, 5:31 AM Post #3 of 3 (1235 views) Re: Spuddering on acceleration Sign In I replaced the Spark plugs and wires but not the cap and rotor, my engine light is on, I took it to mechanic and he ran the diagnostics and said that cylinder 3 has a miss.
