Rocker Arm breakage; same one, multiple times Sign In

I have a 1969 GMC truck with a rebuilt 350 cc less than 2,000 miles ago. the same rocker arm (#4 cyl. intake) stud bolt has broken 4-5 times since the rebuild. It has edelbrock aluminum heads, which were purchased new. It has roller tip rockers and i was considering replacing with complete roller rockers in hopes that may solve the stud bolt breakage issue.
Any ideas on 1) what causes repeated breakage of the stud bolt; and, 2) will roller rockers fix the issue; or 3) could the issue be with the Edelbrock head? thanks for the help or any insights to the issue. donn

I suggest you change your user name ASAP before the spammers get it and they will.

As for your engine problem, this is something you should take up with your engine builder as he is the only one familiar with the issues of that engine.
