when i start my 03 expedition it takes a few sec longer to start and when it catches it spuuters n it only does it when the truck sits for over 10-20 mins once the truck warm it starts fine and suggestion on how and what it may be causing i change the fuel filter already

One check that you can make is fuel pressure bleed off. Connect a fuel pressure gauge to the test port and turn the ignition on to cycle the fuel pump. After the pump stops watch the fuel pressure to see if it bleeds off.
