Quick PCV question Sign In

Hello Everyone :) I have a question about the PCV on my 95' Ford Contour SE V6 5spd. I have pretty much done the complete Tune-Up: Plugs, Wires, Fuel Filter, Air Filter. I am unable to locate the PCV on this car :( I hear alot of people do not even replace it depending on how much miles the car has. My car has approx 85K miles. Is it even worth replacing? What would a bad PCV do to the car? Thanks for your help. :)

A bad PCV would cause a funny idle and and or the hose to it. Some cars don't use them at all with some other way of doing the same thing. Not sure on that car. Rare on cars that have been cared for. I've seen most last the life of the car. T

Well, the car does not seem to idle funny or shut off while idle. I guess I'll hold off for now. Thanks again for the help :)
