Question? Sign In

I have an 02 Pontiac Grand Prix with 190K miles on it. I just got finished replacing the top side of the engine, but my RPM gauge still will not work, however I did resolve the issue regarding the engine overheating. I had a hairline fracture in one of the heads. I am guessing it has something to do with the throttle body, but I am unsure. I have replaced a sensor in that throttle body as well, but the problem still exists. I would greatly appreciate it if I could get some guidance on this issue.

My 4 cents. Send the head out to a machine shop to either fix or declare it useless. That's a specialty trade of its own,
