I have an annoying whine whenever I trun the wheel. Doesn't prevent the van from turning or inhibit the steering performance, except for that freaking noisy whine.
My power steering fluid is black, looks terrible. I have had it flushed and replaced the fluid but within days it returns to same dark look. I have also replaced the power steering pump, got new fluid and within a a week, the whine returned and the fluid went dark and unsightly.
My rack does not appear to leak, no visual evidence on vehicles parts or on driveway. Can anyone suggest a way ahead ?
