P1166 & P 1167 - CEL on PLEASE HELP!!!! '02 Acura RSX type S

CEL reading P1166 and P1167, did some research and it may not be the oxygen sensors, it could be a fuse or a pin or whatnot.. what can i check or do to be sure?? please help!

Both P1166 and P1167 are for O2 heater circuit. You'll need to do some electrical diagnosing to find out if the problem is in the circuit or just a faulty heater.
