Oil Leak 99 Sonoma ZR2

1999 Sonoma ZR2 4.3 Vortec 170000
I have an slow oil leak on the front of my engine. It is leaking from behind the large wheel on the bottom of the engine. Would that be a seal or? You can see it in this picture.

It is either the front crank seal or the timing cover. The timing covers on those are known leakers.
