Mystery part Sign In

There is a part on my car that I can't figure out. I have showed it to the guys at Auto Zone and looked it up the manual. The manual had a picture of it, but no name and no one at Auto Zone knew what it was either. I have worked on cars for over thirty years and never seen this piece. It is a valve with three lines one that goes to the pcv valve and two that go to the heater lines and the valve sits on intake and inf front of air filter assembly. The car is a 1999 Ford Escort. 2.0 liter

I am thinking I need to replace the piece but don't know what it is called to order it. Unimpressed

Thanks,
Andrew in Tx.

Can you post a picture of it?
