Maybe A fuel problem or electrical (Car Was Flooded) Sign In

92 Honda cooling and condesor fan comes on and stays on when the ignition is on. Also when pressing on the accelerator car will not accelerate pass a certain rpm. It spudders and spits as if fuel stops and goes or getting too much fuel. I know its getting too much fuel because the fumes from the exhaust have killed the grass behind it. The IAC valve checked out ok at the parts stores and I cleaned it, but it stills idle at about 1500rpms. If I disconnect the IAC it idles below 1000rpm. The converter have also gotten red hot once before. The check engine light stays on also , but the only code I got is for the IAC Valve. I didnt reset the computer since removing and cleaning the IAC valve.

Could this have anything to do with the cylinder head, thou no water is mixing with the oil. Unsure
