Intermittent slow starting problem

2016 Hyundai Elantra, 46k miles. Engine turns over but will often take 3 to 6 seconds to actually start. Engine turns over at a normal rate, not slow. No check engine lights and nothing else abnormal. Had to replace the battery already in this 2 year old car. This slow starting generally happens 12-15 times a week. No pattern as to when it acts up. Hyundai can't figure out the problem but I don't really feel they are trying very hard :/
