Idle surges up and down in park	Sign In

92 Honda Accord EX when in park idle surges from 1000 to 1500rpms for about 30 sec then holds at 1500rpms for about 5 sec then idles back down to 1000rpms and stays. Also car runs rough like its not getting any gas when driving at times then speeds up real quick and engine light comes and runs much better when this happens and idles high when in park.
