Hyundai i20 1.4l No Acceleration Sign In

Hi guys I really hope you can help with this,
I bought a 2011 Hyundai i20 1.4 CRDI Comfort from an auction at the end of September. Since I've bought it, it has lacked power and acceleration, just generally flat in whatever gear I'm in. The car has done 45,000 miles.
I haven't been able to get it up to 70mph on the motorway and once it hits around 65mph, the speed starts falling despite my foot being on the accelerator to the floor.
The car also judders violently in traffic in both 1st and 2nd gear and it can take an age for the engine temperature to rise.
I've tried the Turbo, the Fuel Injectors, the MAF, the EGR Valve, and I've had it in 3 separate garages, all whom rely on their diagnostic equipment. When plugged into a computer, the car shows no fault codes at all and the engine management light doesn't show up when I disconnect vital parts.
If you have any advice or if you've experienced it before and know how to fix it, I would be eternally grateful because I'm desperate to get this fixed now because it's dangerous, especially in these winter months.
Thank you for your help in advance.
Tom

Oh boy. Auction cars in the area of the US where I am are just one step short of being salvaged usually. You can't check them out and all sales final and called "as is" condition lucky or not.

3 shops can't even get their equipment to communicate with this so that becomes the first problem to fix.

What do YOU want to do and are you willing to accept that this car isn't worth fixing up if it comes to that! Yes, that serious,

This is where I would start -
" When plugged into a computer, the car shows no fault codes at all and the engine management light doesn't show up"
A scanner is being used - does it communicate with vehicle - simply try using scanner to turn on CEL to confirm communication.. The CEL illuminating is not same as communicating, a scanner will show lots of data.

Otherwise try BASICS, fuel pressure and exhaust backpressure as some things to check.
