Hyundai Elantra won't start (clicking turn signals) Sign In

Help! I can not seem to figure out why my turn signals won't stop clicking rapidly and my engine won't turn over or even try to. Also transmission will not budge from the park position with foot on the brake.

Yes, the battery is dead but I jump started it yesterday and drove it around for 45mins later that day after it had cold down I started it right up no problem. Today however it did this. I posted a youtube video to get better understanding of the issue.

Please help!

1st things 1st....

Before you start any kind of diag.......You have to have a "known good" battery in the system........
With a bad battery in the system......the results are......garbage in...garbage out
